01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and rollbit ("rollbit," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at rollbit.bid. 02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
21+ Only: In accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines, the rollbit platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. rollbit enforces this requirement rigorously and will suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation.
To be eligible to register and use the rollbit platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted;
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of rollbit, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
- You have not previously been excluded from the rollbit platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform;
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.
rollbit reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by rollbit may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
03 Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active rollbit account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. rollbit employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and any balances or winnings associated with such accounts may be forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to keep your account information current at all times. rollbit is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rollbit account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rollbit will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify rollbit immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, rollbit is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. rollbit reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
rollbit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other methods as may be added or removed from time to time at rollbit's discretion. All transactions on the rollbit platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. These thresholds are subject to change and the current applicable minimums will be displayed on the rollbit cashier page at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. rollbit reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified account in the player's own name.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
rollbit is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). rollbit reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering activity is suspected. Players must not use the rollbit platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
rollbit offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all rollbit bonuses unless otherwise stated:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only;
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device;
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual bonus terms;
- rollbit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
- Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;

06 Game Rules & Fairness
All casino games available on the rollbit platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted using certified equipment and trained dealers operating under PAGCOR-compliant procedures.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on rollbit's servers, the result recorded on rollbit's servers shall be deemed the official and binding result. rollbit's decision on all game outcomes is final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
rollbit reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rollbit platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with rollbit's software or systems;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing rollbit staff or other players.
rollbit reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit any balances or winnings in such accounts, and to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.
08 Intellectual Property
All content on the rollbit platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of rollbit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the rollbit platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the rollbit platform without the prior written consent of rollbit. Any unauthorized use of rollbit's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
09 Privacy & Data
rollbit collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at rollbit.bid/privacy-policy. By using the rollbit platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. rollbit complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and all applicable data protection regulations.
rollbit will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law.
10 Responsible Gaming

rollbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if rollbit has been advised of the possibility of such damages. rollbit is not liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, or telecommunications failures.
12 Termination
rollbit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if rollbit determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with rollbit's standard withdrawal procedures, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.
13 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. rollbit operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight and dispute resolution procedures.
14 Amendments
rollbit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the rollbit platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the rollbit platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
